The value for money at this place was excellent and the room was really comfortable and modern. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had an amazing stay at Smartrooms in Olsztyn. The apartment was amazing, with a comfortable and spacious bed. I particularly loved the fully equipped kitchen and the complimentary coffee and tea provided. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, except for a few dirty fingerprints on the walls. The parking space in front of the building was very convenient. I would rate my experience 9.5 out of 10.
The only thing that was missing was shower gel/shampoo in the apartment.

The facilities at the accommodation were outstanding. the fully-equipped kitchen had top-of-the-line appliances such as a fridge, microwave, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher. the kitchen had all the necessary dishes and utensils for cooking. This was the best kitchen equipment I have come across in all my stays in Poland. the room and ensuite bathroom were clean, tidy, and sparkling new.
Felt extremely welcomed and there was no reason to complain.

The shared kitchen was a great place to watch everyone else cook while I pretended to know how to use a microwave.
Who needs soundproofing when you can hear every conversation and footstep in the building like it's your own personal surround sound system?

The design of the hotel was very impressive, with clean and modern rooms. the facilities provided were also top-notch, including board games, a console, and a fully equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen, as it allowed us to prepare our own meals. the room cleanliness was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The surrounding area of the hotel left much to be desired. It was situated in an industrial zone, which was not the ideal setting for a romantic escape.

My stay at Smartrooms was fantastic! The spacious and clean room made me feel at home. The shared kitchen was a bonus, stocked with all the necessary tools for cooking. My son had a blast with the complimentary boardgames. The staff was friendly and the location, although in an industrial park, was peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel.
